Bondage Scans = Piracy

These damage the companies and producers of the original material. The people presenting scans are breaking copyright laws, and people asking you to pay to see them should be treated as criminals.

The people conducting Yahoo, MSN, and Geocities clubs and groups are posting copyrighted images in violation of these companies’ terms of service, and these groups should be deleted. The “owners” of these groups do not own the rights to the images.  None of these people have model releases as required by federal law 18 U.S.C. section 2257.

Unfortunately, this disease is so prevalent, the producers (mostly individuals or very small companies) would have to give up producing because of the time and resources it would take to stop them all.

Everyone wants as much free stuff as possible - that’s human nature. But the people providing “free”, stolen images are a cancer on the industry. Did you ever wonder why so many bondage companies are having trouble staying in business these days? And what will the parasites do when they’ve sucked all the life out of their hosts?
